To change the Timezone of the Laravel Forge server, you can update it through the "Server Metadata" of the "Meta" page.

Steps to Change Laravel Forge Timezone

Login to Forge Dashboard and choose the server
Visit the "Meta" page from the sidebar
Scroll down to the "Server Metadata" section
Update the Timezone to your location
Restart PHP if necessary

By following those steps above you will now be able to easily change your Timezone server from Laravel Forge Dashboard.
