To change the Timezone of the Laravel Forge server, you can update it through the "Server Metadata" of the "Meta" page.

- Login to Forge Dashboard and choose the server
- Visit the "Meta" page from the sidebar
- Scroll down to the "Server Metadata" section
- Update the Timezone to your location
- Restart PHP if necessary
